DualStack Over-The-Air(DualStack OTA) can edit handset data remotely through a wireless network upon the request of the handset user or enable the provider to edit the handset data such as roaming data, authentication keys, NAM, or IMSI.
DualStack OTA enables the subscriber handset to receive OTA services when it is roaming to CDMA or WCDMA network.
