Common Open Policy Service (COPS) Stack is a protocol for Go Interface used between Policy Enforcement Point (PEP) and Policy Decision Point (PDP) to exchange QoS information on the network.
PEP functions as a policy client include PDF in the IMS network, PDP functions as the policy server include GGSN, ACR, and PDSN.
